These are some images from an event I organsied at school in November. We held a Designer Jeans day to raise money for the third world nationals who live and work in Kuwait under abysmal conditions. The charity Operation Hope gives warm clothes and blankets and shoes to men who basically live in grotty rooms sharing with up to 20 in one room on little more than a mattress and working in a boiler suit and sandals 20 hrs plus a day, earning a basic salary of less than $60 a month!! Our school raised over $1000. My two girls loved the event and had great fun decorating their jeans in allsorts!!!!
The LO I made last night was a reminder of the event and an opportunity for me to point out to my Maya that she has inherited her Daddy's ( Graphic Designer ) genes.
